Created in anticipation of the Los Angeles 1984 Olympics, George Semper created Themes for Television Sports & Aerobics as an anthem to global unity, the spirit of competition, and peace! Comprised of original George Semper compositions, Pretty Lady and Universe were created in 1982 and first released on THE 1984 Themes for Television Sports & Aerobics, LP. Extraterrestrial Contact Tones evolved from earlier Semper electronic experiments and was inspired by the blockbuster movie “ET” which had just been released adding to the richness of Semper’s electronic experimentations. With a rare collecive appearance of the “Semper Fidelis” band comprised of Semper life long collaborators; Bob Farrell, Mary Love, Nathaniel “Basey” Johnson, Tony “1Take” Drake, Ron Anderson, Oliver Moss, and others. Preserving and restoring the important master recordings The George Semper Music Archives came together in 2017 Dynamite Cuts UK to bring you the experience of the original LP!
